In todays countdown post to Christmas I wanted to share with you the Christmas spirit of my home town because I find that my town looks the best this time of the year ( to be honest I think every town does). I'm so happy to be back home whit my family and closest friends and that we can spend our nights drinking mulled wine in this beautiful atmosfere.

That for I decided to write this list of all the Christmas classics I love listening to.

A very simple and easy recipe for a good old warm bowl of porridge :)
This porridge recipe reminds me of this holiday season because of the ingredians I put in it, you can follow this recipe and make yourself a tasty breakfast on christmas morning.
YOU WILL NEED:
1. Place the oats and the milk or water in a large pan over a medium heat.
2. Add a tiny pinch of salt and stir with a wooden spoon.
3. Bring to a steady simmer for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring as often as you can to give you a smooth creamy porridge – if you like your porridge runnier, simply add a splash more milk or water until you’ve got the consistency you like.
4. Now the fun part, add the rest of the ingrediants to your taste. While your porridge is still on the stove add vanilla exctract, sugar and cinnamon. Stir everyhing together and add an apple cut into small cubes.
5. Remove your porrdge from the stove and place it into a bowl, then sprinkle a little bit of cocoa powder over it.
6. Enjoy your porridge :)
And that's it, I hope you tried this recipe and enjoyed eating this christmasy porridge.

First post after little over two months and sadly it will be an excuse haha. I really wanted to give my all and start blogging regularly but university got in my way. I found myself very busy with uni work and activites I took on along side university. I'm on our local student radio and I'm also involved in ESN ( Erasmus student network). I'm very satisfied with my courses, newly made friends and all extra-curricular activities. I've been constantly on the go and in last 2 months I wisited four cities in my country. So with all of the work I have now on my hands this little blog of mine kind of got left behind, but now that I'm on my winter break I have some free time and I really want to keep my blog going and that for I'm determened to make time and organize myself so I can put out blog posts as regulary as I want.
These 5 days leading on to Christmas I wanted to put out a post each day to compensate for the long period of writing nothing. In todays post I just wanted to give you a small update on where I have been and why I haven't writen anything in so long.
Hope you are as excited for this holiday season as much as I am, read you soon
